It was very difficult.
No, I'm just kidding. I'm not depressing all the time.
I had a few happy thoughts today...
I glanced at a card from my husband that hangs on my board in my office. It was from Valentine's Day. On which reads, "you are the finest thing that has happened to me". That was a perfect day. He took me a cave, we fed ducks on the river, had a beautiful dinner and celebrated in that private way. It was a movie moment.
I came home today at lunch to a huge, tooth bearing grin from my baby boy (aka Hunter, the most wonderful dog in the world).
My 2004 workload is almost closed (trust me when I say this is very exciting).
I drove home this beautiful evening with my windows and roof open, Gomez blaring from my speakers and blue bonnets covering the roadside.
My husband made dinner.
Yes, today was a good day.
